Michael Jackson has been posthumously accused of molesting a now-famous choreographer who spent lots of time with the singer at the Neverland Ranch … TMZ has learned.
TMZ has obtained legal docs … filed by Wade Robson … in which he’s asking for money from the Michael Jackson Estate for childhood sexual abuse.
Robson — now 30 years old — has worked with top names in pop music including Britney Spears, *NSYNC, Usher and P!nk. He has also appeared on “So You Think You Can Dance.”
Wade met Michael when he was 5 years old and they developed a friendship that lasted for years. By the time Wade was 7, he went for sleepovers at Neverland and MJ’s homes in L.A. and Vegas. The sleepovers continued until Wade was 14.
Wade even performed to a Michael Jackson song on “Star Search” when he was 8 years old.
In 2005, Wade testified in MJ’s molestation trial and DENIED Michael ever molested him.
Wade’s lawyer filed legal docs May 1 asking the judge in the Michael Jackson Estate case to allow him to file a late creditor’s claim against the Estate. In the documents, Wade’s lawyer says he submitted a never-before filed complaint “for childhood sexual abuse.”
Wade’s lawyer has filed the actual complaint under seal — which means it’s not available to the public. Sources tell TMZ … the complaint specifically outlines the alleged abuse at the hands of Michael Jackson.
Wade’s lawyer also mentions a psychiatrist who treated Wade — the doctor is a leader in the field of child psychology.
Interestingly … in the 2005 molestation trial, Jackson’s former housekeeper, Blanca Francia, testified she witnessed Jackson in the shower with Wade when the boy was 8 or 9 years old.
Footage of late hip-hop artist Chris Kelly has surfaced online which shows him in an alleged drug indued state rapping hours before passing away in Georgia.
According to reports, someone at Kelly’s home decided to record him rapping and whipped out a camcorder early May 1st.
Hours before his death, a drugged out Chris Kelly attempted to rap … and spit out lyrics about a room full of dead bodies … and TMZ has the sad footage. The video — shot in Kelly’s Atlanta home around 7:00 AM on May 1 — is a window into the life of a drug addict. There’s crap strewn all over the house … and several seemingly drugged out people just hanging out. One of Kelly’s guests — who also seems inebriated — pulls out a camera and begins to record as a discombobulated Kelly struggles to rap along with music pumping through the speakers. (TMZ)
Hours later, news about Kelly’s unexpected death scattered across the Internet.
We’re told the song is a track Kelly had been working on recently — and includes the lyric, “We don’t stop, for nothing or nobody … look around you it’s full of dead bodies.” Hours after the video was shot, someone in Kelly’s home called 911 and told officials the Kris Kross rapper passed out and wouldn’t wake up. He was pronounced dead around 5:00 PM. According to the police report obtained by TMZ, Kelly’s mother told cops Kelly had been mixing cocaine and heroin the night before he died. He was 34. (TMZ)
Pop the hood on Chris’s final appearance on camera
A rep for the Fulton County Medical Examiner tells TMZ, the autopsy has been completed and there were no signs of trauma or foul play. The cause of death will be determined by the complete toxicology report in 3-4 weeks.
“Kris Kross” rapper Chris Kelly had been using a combination of cocaine and heroin the night before his death, this according to the police report obtained by TMZ.
According to the report, paramedics initially responded to Kelly’s Atlanta home around 3 PM EST — after his mother called 911 asking for medical assistance.
When help arrived, paramedics found 34-year-old Kelly lying on the living room couch — unresponsive and with “no life signs.” The medics attempted to revive Kelly, to no avail.
Kelly was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead a few hours later.
After the death, cops spoke with Donna Kelly Pratte — Chris’ mother — who told police … the night before Kelly’s medical emergency, he had taken a mixture of heroin and cocaine — commonly known as “speedballs.”
Donna told police she had personally taken Kelly home to recover from the drug use … just as she had done several times before. Donna told cops Kelly had felt nauseous all morning before passing out.
According to the report, Kelly’s mother and Kelly’s uncle both told investigators the rapper had an “extensive history of drug use.”
Hours before Kelly passed out, he had a phone interview with The Streetz Morning Grind radio show in ATL … and sounded like he was in bad shape.
This whole situation is so sad!
Too Short explains why he ran from the police.
We still need to Short Dawg to work on his speed. Someone should have “Blown the whistle”.
Pop the hood on Too Short’s explanation.
Okay….let us clear something up (hopefully). Not too long ago we posted that Lil’ Wayne was in a medically induced coma. Well…..according to Wayne’s friend – rapper Mack Maine – Weezy is alive and well. As a matter of fact, he’s watching March Madness. Check out what Maine posted on Twitter:
Not too long after Mack Maine’s tweets, Weezy was well enough to take to his own Twitter to shut rumors down…
And there you have it people! Lil’ Wayne is fine!
