She is now a vice president for the Pittsburg Steelers where she has the responsibilities of managing their marketing efforts and crafting the company’s strategy. She says that the results show this approach doesn’t work given they’ve been tried for decades with little effect. She thinks a better approach is to have promising women provided with mentors who can help guide their careers.
