Prince is going after Capital Asset Protection (CAP) to get back more than $100,000 the agency allegedly withdrew from his bank account and
TMZ.com is calling it “…the most awesome lawsuit against a collection agency.”
According to the suit filed Thursday in L.A. County Superior Court, CAP made two withdrawals from Prince’s bank account last year totalling $116,228.12 for a lawsuit Prince previously lost over a music production contract. But a judge vacated the original judgement in October 2011, which eliminated the debt. Now Prince wants his money back (don’t forget that twelve cents!) plus interest!
We think he probably didn’t need the dough…he was just suing for the PRINCE-iple.
