The beautiful Janelle Monae’ has been named the newest face of CoverGirl.
The Grammy nominee is ready for her close-up. Monae’, 26, can be seen in multiple magazine ads and commercials.
In an interview with Vogue magazine she says, “Becoming a CoverGirl is truly an honor and a gift. It opens up a new platform for me to inspire women to feel stronger, braver and more beautiful inside and out.”
In signing on with the beauty brand, the singer joins star powers like Tyra Banks, Queen Latifah, Ellen DeGeneres, Sofia Vergara and Taylor Swift.
