In case you didn’t know, the newly-formed Lady Arena Football League’s (LAFL) inaugural season is set to begin in May. It looks like Snoop Dogg has jumped on the support-wagon by recently purchasing stock in the Los Angeles Riderettes team.
Tryouts for the Rideretts were held last Saturday in Carson, California. The LAFL is an 8-on-8 full contact football league comprised of female athletes playing football in lingerie-type
uniforms. According to the league’s website, players will compete under the same bylaws and rules of the National Arena Football League.

New Orleans Lady Dollz
Kansas City Tease
St. Louis Sting
More teams are “coming soon” from Oakland, Atlanta, and Las Vegas.
Snoop’s part owner status with the Rideretts only adds to his “world of sports” resume with the entertainer’s Youth Football League having become a nationwide success with its focus on providing inner-city kids with a chance to participate in youth football, while promoting the importance of academics, teamwork, good sportsmanship, and self-respect.
However, we highly doubt he’s trying to provide mentorship to a group of adult women wearing lingerie and not so sure how the male fans will be able to focus on the game….”Game, what game? I thought this was the Victoria’s Secret fashion show!” Hmmm there’s a thought! Victoria’s Secret might want to jump on this wagon too if they haven’t already…..
